1) General The protection of your personal data is important to us. We process personal data only in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (in particular the GDPR).

2) What Data We Process Depending on how you use our website and services, we process in particular:

Contact and master data: e.g. name, email address, phone number
Booking and service data: e.g. pick-up/destination address, date/time, number of passengers, luggage, notes/special requests, and where applicable flight/train details
Communication data: contents of enquiries and messages (e.g. contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp)
Payment and billing data: e.g. payment status, invoice data (full card details are not stored by us)
Technical data: e.g. IP address, device/browser information, and usage data generated when visiting the website

5) Communication via Phone and WhatsApp If you contact us by phone or WhatsApp, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, phone number, message content, and where applicable booking details) in order to handle your enquiry and provide the service. Depending on the communication channel, data may also be processed by the respective provider of the communication service.

6) Recipients / Disclosure of Data (incl. Subcontractors) We only share personal data where necessary, e.g. with:

Subcontractors/drivers, where required to carry out your journey (e.g. name, pick-up location, time, contact)
Payment service providers, where you use online payment
Service providers for website/booking system and technical infrastructure (Wix), to the extent required for the operation and use of the website
Google LLC (Google Analytics), where you have given your consent
Tax advisors/authorities, where required by law

7) Wix (Website, Forms, Bookings) Our website and certain features (e.g. contact forms, booking functions) are provided via Wix. Data is processed through Wix to the extent necessary for the provision, security, and use of the website and for handling enquiries/bookings.

8) Cookies & Consent (Usercentrics for Wix) Our website uses cookies. Wix uses cookies for important reasons, in particular to:

enable a good user experience,
recognise registered members,
monitor and analyse the performance, operation, and effectiveness of the platform,
operate the platform securely and safely.

On your first visit, only strictly necessary cookies are loaded. For other types of cookies (e.g. analytics/marketing), we obtain your consent – where required – via a cookie banner (Usercentrics for Wix). The specific cookies and services used in each case are shown in the cookie banner (website scan) and can be adjusted there at any time.

9) Google Analytics We use Google Analytics on our website, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (or, for users in the EU/EEA: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).

What Google Analytics does: Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect and analyse information about the use of our website. The following data is processed, among other things:

10) Online Marketing / Advertising (Google, Meta – Facebook & Instagram) We intend to promote our services in the future through online advertising (e.g. Google Ads and Meta advertising via Facebook and Instagram). Depending on the features used, data (e.g. cookie identifiers, device information, IP address in truncated form, usage/interaction data) may be processed to measure the success of advertising campaigns and to serve advertisements. Where cookies or similar technologies are required for this purpose, this will only take place following your consent via our cookie banner. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings.

11) Retention Period We store personal data only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or as required by statutory retention obligations. Data collected via Google Analytics is deleted by default after 14 months.

12) Your Rights You have – subject to the applicable legal requirements – the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.

13) Right to Lodge a Complaint If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde, DSB).
