Service Description
Our minivan comfortably seats **up to 7 people** and has storage space for **up to 6 suitcases** – ideal for groups, business teams and airport transfers.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before departure. Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 6 hours or No-Show: 100% cancellation fee. Payment: Online (Visa/Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or bank transfer) – payment must be received at least 6 hours before departure. Alternatively: cash payment or card payment directly with the driver at the start of the journey. Airport Pick-Up (VIE): The driver will wait with a name sign in the arrivals hall. Waiting time at the airport: 60 minutes included, thereafter €10 per commenced 15 minutes. City/Address Pick-Up: The driver will wait directly in front of the specified address. Train Station Pick-Up: The driver will wait at the agreed station with a name sign. Waiting time (City/Train Station): 15 minutes included, thereafter €10 per commenced 15 minutes. Executive Limousine: Max. 3 passengers, up to 2 suitcases. Rebooking: Free of charge up to 12 hours before departure. Within 12 hours before departure, rebooking is no longer possible – cancellation fees apply.
